Location and drinks are GREAT. Breakfast is savoury with homemade jam from pineapple, bedroom is comfortable. Best possible and brilliant location close to restaurants and bars. Bar La Carte Bar and Hotel offers tea and goodies within 10 minutes walk.

There were such things like an electronic key card, a work desk and a dining area, attractive and cosy rooms. Having a bidet was great. The breakfast was savoury with homemade jam from pineapple and the best Vietnamese coffees, as example, I appreciated it.

I had a wonderful stay at Phi Hung's Unique Homestay! The owner was incredibly friendly and went out of her way to ensure I had a great visit. She provided helpful advice on the best places to visit and even arranged a motorbike rental for me. The location of the homestay was perfect, with many restaurants nearby and easy access to attractions. The breakfast options were delicious, especially the fresh fruit smoothies. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a lovely balcony overlooking the garden. I highly recommend this homestay for a fantastic stay in Ninh Binh.

The homestay is located very close to the lake and offers a perfect spot for those who want to discover Ninh Binh. the family running the homestay is incredibly friendly and helpful. the rooms and toilets are clean and spacious, which is quite uncommon in Vietnam. the homemade breakfast is delicious. I would definitely recommend this place to everyone.

Great location, hidden for a peaceful night's rest. Many services available: laundry, bicycles, motorcycles, bus arrangements. Included breakfast was amazing with fresh juice, fruits, eggs, and delicious homemade jam. Friendly and helpful hosts, even let us use the room for a shower after checking out.
